--For every minute you under-fly, you make $1.75. For example: a flight can be based wheels up to wheels down at 1 hour. If you do it in 50 minutes, you get paid for 1 hour (block or better) plus $17.50 for the 10 minutes saved. And it applies to delays, regardless of how long.
This is interesting. I noticed Silver's on-time performance is really bad, especially the flights in Florida. The on-time performance for the Cleveland flying seems to be average though.
