Here's news for you, most, if not all regionals were formed to circumvent the CBA's of the mainlines. How do YOU feel knowing that YOU have participated in that? I am happy to support any organized effort to get the majors to take back the flying from the regionals.
I was really hoping to get a job that had a 5 or 10 year upgrade, $20k training contract and at least a year on reserve, but I got a job at GoJet instead. What's really sad is that some pilots actually have to such low class as to make another fellow pilot feel like $&@% about the company they work for! And to deny a jumpseat so they can't get home to see their family! Huh? Despicable! Who needs to hang their head low?..
