Yes, you are right. What I was getting at was, It seemed about 6 months ago Silver aka Gulfstream was struggling to find find pilots, hence the low mins. Not many people were talking about Gulfstream twelve months ago as it had a tarnished reputation probably worse than great lakes. Gulfstream changed their name as they went threw a process of reorganization and they started receiving a lot of attention, especially from this website. Now, their mins are higher than airlines like SkyWest. I'm sure a lot of it has to do with the ATP regs, but they probably have a significant amount of resumes on file compared to six months ago due to a lot of the attention they have been receiving from forums and news articles about expansion.
