Interesting that you'd use end state pay of this TA vs. these carriers current pay. It is the only way you can make this graph look like this.
You know what they say about figures and lies and so on and so on.
Our numbers come from the TA charts. I also have collected the pay tables from all the other carriers and I used them. I used the actual pay tables in their contracts. If you see some data that is wrong then let me know and I will correct it. You can back up most of the numbers right here on APC.
What are the flaws you see?
