Like it or not, harassment and the fear of it, is what keeps many pilots in line with various issues.

Why dont people SCAB during strikes?? Loyalty to the pilots? Commitment to the cause? Sure, I bet this is the case for many pilots. However, the fear of being harassed and ridiculed for the rest of their career is what gets that last group in line. So many more pilots would SCAB if people were as understanding as to say "Its ok, my brother and friend scabbed and they are ok."

I am not saying that scabbing is anywhere on par with GoJets, but lets be so naive to think that harassment doesn't have a distinct place in this job.
