Yup, I disagree with the "industry leading payrates" statement as well. Our 737 FOs trail SWA FOs considerably.
Payrates aren't the only metric worth mentioning. As I understand it from my SWA buds, the work rules and premium pay is where they get the real money.
So, we don't have "Industry Leading" pay rates nor work rules. BTW, who thought up that selling point, the same guy who coined the phrase "Super Premium Widebody Flying"?
