Buffalo has taught them that an atrocious training record is now a liability for the company.
When this happens the union gets involved and typically the person is offered the option to quit or they do something like give said person a permanent leave of absence.
Long story short study for your checkrides.
sorry for quoting an old post... but couldnt resist. The above statement is true, unless you are a female. a.k.a. the "white dragon" is still out and about flying. So, study for checkrides, if you are a man, otherwise have fun bombing every checkride ever for life.
