They just announced today that new 737 sim instructor positions are opening up for the fall. Very odd for this to come out on a Saturday.
I wonder if they've decided that odds are there won't be a contract so they're settling in for the long haul to continue get pilots on the cheaper contract.
Or...optimistic thinking here...the contract is imminent and with our new and improved work rules, sli and a proper staffing formula we will need these new instructors....wishful thinking I know.
