I was just hired by a regional (Not Mesa,BlowJets,Ect) with an incident on my record and I was open and honest with them. Gave them all the paperwork I had from the event and they wanted to know what I had learned from the situation. Let your prospective airline know what you have up front and usually they will work with you. Also, even though Eagle needs pilot bad, you will have trouble getting past their pilot board. They are very sticky on certain subjects now matter how short they are.
