They will not officially displace crews if they can avoid it. If the company has a displacement bid they will be required to pay moving expenses per the contract to those pilots who are displaced. They will do it just like Bloodhound said, just keep the same number of crews but with fewer lines/more reserves and people will either move on to bigger and better things or they will get tired of reserve and voluntarily move to another base (meaning the company is not required to pay moving expenses).

Held it from day 1 right out of training. Since it is by far the largest base it is not hard to get. Right now though, most new hires will probably go to ONT since it went super junior.
