Anyone thinking about going to Piedmont... Here are the new hire pass/fail stats for 2011. CQhelp.info has a lot of good info. Piedmont training department doesn't cut much slack, so STUDY!

Nine new-hire classes were conducted for a total of 106 pilots. Of those, 21 pilots failed
to meet the standard and 3 resigned for reasons not related to training difficulties. In
fact, all 3 of them were doing very well. The failure rate for 2011 was 19.8%. The
highest failure rate occurred in the Class of 101211 with 60% failing. Half of the class
failed written examinations in Basic Indoctrination and Aircraft Systems, or both. One
failed during LOFT.
