Big flippin' deal, boys will be boys. Let'em work out their own issues. Any pilot that feels like they have to go and report this kind of stuff to management is a royal dutchbag in my book.

Don't get me wrong, there are certain actions that deserve and need to be reported but this ain't one of them, IMHO.
