I'd give you relative seniority per base, but there's new hires in every base in both positions so it won't do much good. The company should be putting out a staffing bid in a week or two so the real answer to your question would most accurately be answered then once we have new Saab bases opening up. Also keep in mind, in the next 3 months there will probably be at least 50 new pilots on property so that changes things also. There are two 1900 classes within the next 2 months, and people are getting calls for the first one already. My guess is that those interviewing will be in the 2nd 1900 class to go up north so the more senior guys can go south and transition to the Saab (if thats what they want). Hope that helps.
