One would think that just like within a CRM framework that input, as long as it is timely, relevant and factual, would be embraced in order to make a better decision. I know I listen carefully to rEAL, Pan Am and TWA pilots on labor issues. They are not to blame for their executives' mismanagement and more can be learned from those who have been through the crucible than those who were born on third and think they hit a triple.
Give me a break. I have plenty of family friends that are ex-CAL(pre-85), FDX, Pan-AM, EAL... Spare me your "insight".
