My disdain is for the fool that made those decisons, not the FO involved. I don't have any objection to FO's being Chief Pilots, only if they have relevant experience in the divisions flown at their base. I don't care if that experience came from AA or their Guard/Reserve jobs. We have plenty of FO's who were Chiefs/CKA at former employers, Squadron Commanders, Test Pilots, former international widebody Captains, ect. None of these types do I have a problem with in a leadership position. If it was a Domestic base, fine, the guy was qualified. He was in way over his head in handling Int Division issues. Same went for another Captain from a small Dom base made Chiefy at a big International base.

The good thing is both moves were made by the past VP who is gone it's doubtful the present VP would do the same.

Glad you're onboard with the 1113 sell job. By the way, you GSW hacks aren't taking the 20% (now 17% ?) cost reduction. Since you're willing to "bleed for AA" how about you take a 17% paycut to even things out?

Oh and while your bleeding for AA, I guess you didn't notice the livery clause where "AA" or the eagle symbol on the tail is the only thing left of AA's once proud history.

My bet is you'll be bleeding on command for Oneworld.
