Like Earl said, we pretty much ONLY hire FOs off the street. In fact, since it's not a captain position, you don't need 135 mins. We do like to see about 500+ hours and probably 100+ multi time. We have hired with less, but the wash out rate during training is much higher below those numbers. You're having to learn generally a much more complicated airplane than you are used to and so more time helps that you're not having to focus as much on basic flying.
Oh ya I forgot PHX... I also didnt even think about the mins on the right seat, nice call buff.
