Management has secured a new cpa and financed airplanes with an open labor dispute and after a strike vote. Labor unrest is no longer a burden to airline management, at least at rah. They will drag their feet until the nmb releases the pilots to strike. The kicker is we will likely never be released to strike. So management is offering a lowball contract and just waiting us out. They have zero incentive to actually negotiate. Dont expect a contract for a very long time still.
