I would expect that announcement to come from ^^^"higher than that"^^^.....More like Capt. Lee Moak making that declaration of as to what "Struck Work" is regarding a legalized RLA Strike involving UNITED Airlines.

Will ALPA/Moak step up and quit playing both sides of the fence when/if the 31st day is upon us, assuming the Release is granted?? (IE- UAL Flying - vs - Outsourced ALPA Carriers - In this case, Regional Feed).

It will be a defining moment for ALPA Nat'l if this goes through...."You're not going to have your cake and eat it too"
