That's about as dumb as them saying "any Pinnacle FO that has been an FO here for 5 years has made some significant career planning errors." Cause let's face it.....this place goes tits up or you leave for another regional, you could very well be at the regional level for 15 years yourself....

You see, there were little things like 9/11 and '08 collapse of the economy which pretty much stagnated major hiring for the last 11 years....not to mention the explosive growth of RJ's....
Not the same comparison. I was at Pinnacle for 4.5 yrs and always had CA as #1 on bid sheet. I never got it. However, anyone at a regional today that has been there 10 years, DID have a chance to get out. Even after 9/11, there was one point where everyone was hiring except American. And it's not that hard to get out of a regional, even I escaped.
