Roughly. The "intent" was to have them be a dual accumulator. They will be but not until we are first, which we are now The full intent was not achieved, and still leaves us to constrict first.
Remember this is just domestic 767(non ER) and below flying and does not include international pulldown or up tick.
I have the slide, but will not publish it. I looked though my files and had it from right when the TA came out. Slow and Alfa referenced the number on here at well.
Again, my point and contention came from the fact that we still will see the first round our two of contraction before we even get close to DCI having to contract.
