it is just good PR and damage control, do you really think D&D are stupid enough to give away the house? what they are doing is what every airline does when they screw up and cause cancellations and delays, JB is smart by making a big deal out of it and calling it "the JB PX BILL OF RIGTHS" , PRETTY SMART.
one more way of "making themselves better" in the eyes of the public by not doing anyhting new and getting tons of much needed good publicity in the process. again pretty smart.
as long as they still offer a superior service compared to other airlines , the used car sales tactics to make passengers comeback is brilliant and it won't hurt anyone.
