After all, he didn’t make any of those business decisions required to run the company. Especially the bad decisions. He just expects to take advantage of all the good decisions. 
He expects to be paid to do his job well and be properly compensated for it, he does not expect nor should he be expected to pay for my mistakes, my maintenance, my Mercedes or my mistress.
