Senior management is like any other company.....usually bean counter finance types who don't really understand the aspects of being a pilot. Changes Are coming.
How is losing over 30 pilots in a year not high turnover? 8/6 or 7/7 or even a 14/7? 11/4 is a little better than 12/3. The senior management is a finance type and doesnt understand the aspect of being a pilot.
