I really pray that in 3 years I was dead wrong and DALPA and all their NNPs on the positives of this TA are correct and we are in the middle of a hiring wave that propels us all to better seniority. I have saved the NNP showing the hiring wave and we'll see how it goes. I'm going to move on and accept what we have.
