You guys get so excited.

Tell them the rest of the possibilities.......or two, the NMB tells both parties to go home for one to six months, "re-think" their positions and come back at the NMB's direction ready to negotiate and finish the deal. Translated, that means the pilots have been "iced." Or three, the NMB schedules both parties to continue negotiating.

With four months to go to a presidential election, I wouldn't get overly excited just yet.
