Actually if someone went out on LTD after they had turned 60, they would be entitled, per the contract, to continue on the payroll until they either came back to work, or 5 years from the date they went on LTD. For someone who went out before their 60th birthday, they could either return to work, or they would have to retire on their 65th birthday. At least that's how I understand the LTD stuff.

Any idea what happens to someone over 65 who goes out on LTD?
How many years would that individual have to return to work?
Is their a specific age that person would have to retire?
