Having a union on property is never (should never be) about 'screwing the company'........rather it's to protect the interests of the pilots. Plain and simple. It's about being your own advocate and having a voice in negotiations that directly affect your future.

Yep, that is what I said a few years ago. When JBPA failed guys were saying oh its going to take a few years to get it implemented. Well, its a couple years now and same old baloney. Get going now because if a hostile takeover happens you are guaranteed unemployment for sure. You can have some protection or no protection, the choice is yours either way.
