Actually, Klopek, it is our responsibility to look out for the company on every leg we fly. That doesn't mean we are responsible for the company as a whole, but taking responsibility for what we do have control over is important. Like my grandma used to say, "you got to dance with the one that brung ya!". If you take money from ExpressJet (either side), you have a responsibility to ExpressJet. If you aren't willing to accept that responsibility, you shouldn't take the money.
As far as our contract is concerned, we all want the best contract we can get. Most of the guys I have spoken to just want to make sure that as we make QOL gains, we don't price ourselves out of the market. While most of us would like to go to a major, we would also like to remain employed until then.
