My fear isn't the crew force wanting to get rid of it entirely. We are in the most fragile profession there is, and I think most know that. My concern is the company going after it hard because it is costing them too much money and many thinking it doesn't need to structured like it is right now and are willing to let it get whittled down. They haven't had to use it or know someone who is on it and can't see the benefit.
