When it's all said and done guys, they are going to take the better part of both contracts and come up with one. (hopefully). Pay will probably barely increase, XJT will get better rigs, ASA will get better reserve, and so on.
When it comes out and it is not an overall improvement, vote it down by all means. Until then, chill out.
To qualify that statement, the rig only applies to what you're
scheduled for. Actual duty day won't trip the rig if it isn't scheduled that way. That definitely needs to change.
Ready Reserves on the other hand will get the duty rig pay for actual duty day.
