Yes, but the captain rates above are what tell the tale, and while it may take a while to upgrade at another regional, those captain rates are far more and usually are on more substantial equipment. The silver job is not intended to be a serious job or anywhere that someone would stay(with the dream of one day making $50,000?), with that in mind, you gotta be thinking that IT'S A TRAP! with those pay rates, but the issue is that you are expecting it's 1000PIC and then off to a magical 121 carrier that pays $200,000/yr. This is exactly what Silver wants you to think and exactly why they pay what they do.
