Isn't that what both sides are paying their negotiators for? Have them hammer out a deal that is best for us and then vote?

I agree with you that the company is trying to pinch everything they can out of us and I sure as heck will not vote on anything with concessions for either side, but as line pilots the only real option we have is a vote at this point.
