For current Atlas guys. How many pilots do you think will stick around when/if say a Delta/Unical/Fedex (name whoever) starts hiring a ton? Delta alone retires 5100 pilots (out of 12000) by the end of 2023. They arent hiring now obviously, but they will have to hire a lot in the next 10 years. I know AA and Unical has a ton of old guys too. Us Airways East...wow, very old. Eventually they will have to start hiring in droves just due to the old guys. Are all current Atlas guys staying for the long haul??? Delta's pay scale and contract is pretty darn good, just sayin...
