Whiskey-Tango-Foxtrot? I rarely ride SWA, but I've generally had good experiences with all of their employees.
That said, I guess that's another reason not to like the SWA "cattle call" boarding process. When I jump on most other carriers, the agents generally make the effort to put crewmembers in the exit row, if it's available, and I have a boarding pass with a seat number on it to back it up. Now if an FA wants to move me, I will comply, but no one could ever claim I overstepped my bounds by taking an exit row seat when it was what I was assigned.
