Fired their President COO Ron Reber. Apparently he wasn't able to withstand the operation blunders that were happening throughout the system this year. Pilot hiring, Ramp worker attrition (low pay and over worked), United forcing quick turn schedulaes on all of their regional partners, AND failure to capture bonuses. I believe they left $4-$6 million on the table this past quarter.
