I'm on first year pay ($50/trip), on probation and all AT (plus all but about 40 SWA) pilots are senior to me...and I'm damn happy and humbled to be here.
A guy I talked to who was MCO based in the "bottom 368"(?) at SWA said he had 1100 AirTran guys senior to him. He said he was 47 years old, and he didn't think he would ever upgrade. Very disgruntled about the merger.
