I'm interested in finding out what kind of schedule new hires can expect. If only reserve, can new hires expect just guarantee for the first year? How many pay hours is the average bid line holder getting presently. I'm mainly interested in first and second year pay expectations. Also, is there better opportunity for guys living at their base vs. commuting? I was unable to find this info on any other threads. I apologize in advance if this info is already posted.
