I was curious and took a look at your award and reasons report. To me, it looks like you got those trips because of your number 4 award preference. All your prefer off preferences came after that #4 where you were awarded all those trips so, in essence, PBS,
did honor those prefer offs just after you had already been awarded the trips from a higher priorty preference, it doesn't look back. Make sense?
Usually PBS will say something like "line complete" or "award complete" and not process any more once you are in the window. I think it went on in your case because of the "max credit" bid.
