I'm honestly surprised the pay rates weren't banded a bit better on the TA- but it's more a contract extension than anything.

Some of it was obvious ego stuff from the JPWA in having similar north aircraft pay less (or larger aircraft pay the same as smaller)- I wish we would move on from that.
