I think Dynamic puts more emphasis on quality of experience vs number of hours sitting in an airplane. I managed to get into the hiring pool with 1600 total time. But experience flying test flights and weather modification. I am also typed/captain qualified on King Air 90, 200, 350, 1900. I am non-military, but I am qualified in all models of C-12. No disrespect about your experience but when you have these ex- military pilots getting turned down when they have very good credentials and high quality of flight time I don't think that is a valid point you made. In case you are wondering, all my flying has been in the civilian world.
