For once I agree with Joe. Wow. Bucking Bar, as a former Skywest employee I completely disagree with laying blame on the company. ONE guy of thousands of employees went nuts. If you were CEO how would you find that needle in a haystack? Would you require all employees to self disclose every breakup, divorce, financial problem, or any other stressful event? How could you as CEO monitor every employee? As a pilot would you like your employer to force you to have mental screening at each sim ride? Your post wreaks of the immature drivel written in the closed Skywest thread on the regional board. Your better than this Bar. I've seen shining examples of well thought out posts.
