Swiss International is the result of SwissAir going bankrupt and Crossair taking over the business side. Yeah, I was Crossair. It's nice to have options and I would take it and continue to build decent time, but be looking to get out at the first good opportunity.
Two things:
The former Swissair pilots will continue to want to differentiate you and;
Upgrade is uncertain because there is no real seniority there.
"If you're not born in Switzerland, you'll never be Swiss." Heard that a time or two.

This man gets it.
I was Crossair too. But feel about 49% Swiss from having lived there so long. If I go it is not just to get out. My current job prospects are not bad in the States and I even like my current employer sort of.
We'll see. The day of reckoning will come soon enough.
