My personal opinion is that it is going to be a long time. If you were on the ERJ side what motivation would you have for a TA that is anything less than what you already have? Considering the differences in the contracts I just don't see the company giving in and bringing the CRJ side up to the ERJ side.
Heard from ALPA that things very moving quickly until the pay section, now things have slowed as the company is waiting to see where the delta TA puts us as well as United and American..
