First of all,
I don't care if the company cares who holds our union's positions. Their view on
WHO, is irrelevant. What is relevant though, is their view on "
HOW". As in, how did our leaders get to their position? Were they elected by a concerned, solid and engaged group? Or, were they elected by a group that appear so indifferent, that our leaders are elected with 8% of the possible votes?

The BLK 3 rep at FDX represents, and thus votes, for about 14% of our total pilot group. I wouldn't consider that a minor union position.
