Im currently an instructor there and we are hurting for instructors right now. The fleet consists of Piper warriors (8 IIRC) two of which have the avidyne glass cockpit, one arrow and one seminole. You can get alot of hours there and can easily have about 8-10 students right off the bat. Lately the wx has made getting alot of flying done difficult, but its a great place to work if you have to instruct. PM me for more details.
