As in, how did our leaders get to their position? Were they elected by a concerned, solid and engaged group? The BLK 3 rep at FDX represents, and thus votes, for about 14% of our total pilot group. I wouldn't consider that a minor union position.
This may come as a shock, but your future is influenced mostly by factors outside your company and outside your union. I doubt those you refer to as morons are as blind to this as you seem to be, and I would bet those you refer to as morons are more fully engaged in more important actions.
