Nope....according to his background he comes from the PR side. Lots of working as a mouthpiece for different companies (started with TWA) but no flying experience whatsoever which explains his comments about "getting paid to fly is cool" and "flying circles" to build time (never thought working as a CFII and flying charters was flying circles but whatever). His degree is in Journalism.

Essentially he knows nothing but the talking points laid down in front of him by RAA members.....
