Considering all the bragging you do about your contract, I'll ask again.....where is your contract already NOT industry leading? If it already is industry leading in most categories, where are the improvements necessary? Hell, even the old ASA contract was industry leading in many ways! Just because you don't like the terms of a certain section here or there dont even necessarily make them not industry leading. Sounds to me like you want more of an 'industry blowing totally out of the water contract'!
Although by way of comparison, our contract is better than most, we are still operating under a concecionary contract, section 6 needs massive improvements. You can't negotiate with the company's best interest at heart, or with everyone else's inferior contract in mind, that's management's job.
