CAL has been impressed with how quickly Colgan got up and running and they're numbers are really good for completion and on-time, exceeding CAL's requests.

And no, its not because we're cheap, because there was a cheaper bid put in, but they chose Colgan because they felt Colgan had delivered for them once and could again.
