Note line 60... All international agreements are limited. The only markets in which the unlimited agreements are apply are domestic US (50 States + USVI). That said, D7 agreements, all of which are unlimited, are also only applicable in domestic markets, so a USAirways FA shouldn't have been boarded at all, and certainly not at the cost of your boarding.
